Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Batteries, devices, and accessories can be returned within 90 days of purchase.

Refunds and exchanges will only be offered for defective cartridges (e.g., leaking or not pulling).

Flower returns are only accepted if the package is contaminated with a non-cannabis product (e.g., hair or debris).
- Refunds/exchanges must be approved by the manager/pharmacist on duty prior to processing.
- Returns will not be accepted based on effects or personal preferences.

Dispensing errors or recalls will result in a refund or exchange.

Discounts may be given at manager/pharmacist discretion.

Once you leave gLeaf property, returns cannot be processed unless you’ve already gone through the email process.
- Returns/exchanges are in-store only—no returns will be accepted for delivery orders.
How to Facilitate a Return or Exchange:
- Take a photo of the defective product.
- Please send photos and a description of the defective product to intake-carytown@cannabistcompany.com
- (Please allow 48-72 hours for a response from our management team.)
- Once approved, bring the product back to the store in its original packaging
- Alert security & reception regarding your return upon arrival; they will direct you to a dispensary manager.
